COVID-19 Updates

To Our Valued Clients,

Welcome back! Starting May 17th we will allow one client to accompany their pet during a scheduled exam visit! We ask that a mask be worn covering your nose/mouth for the entirety of your visit with us. Please call from the parking lot upon your arrival, then a staff member will greet you at the door and welcome you to the assigned exam room. To minimize the spread of COVID-19, we ask that your mask be worn over your mouth/nose for the entirety of your pet’s appointment. If you elect to continue your scheduled appointment curbside, then we will continue to honor your wishes.

  • End of life care will allow for two masked pet parents to be present.
  • At this time, prescription pickup, food pickup, nail trims/anal gland expression, and surgery drop-offs will continue to be curbside.
  • Work-in urgent/sick visits will also remain curbside to limit staff and client exposure to COVID-19. We look forward to the day everyone can come in without calling from the parking lot.
