Beginning October 1st, a $100 deposit will be required when scheduling any surgery appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the procedure on the day of surgery.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate changes. However, this policy is necessary to ensure efficient scheduling and the highest level of care for all our patients.
